The start of the NBA season means that a bunch of new posters will be readily available for young kids to hang on their bedroom walls. And by that I mean some people are gonna get facialized.
The first entry comes from Carmelo Anthony and he wanted to kick this ...

That was one dominating pitcher out there. Cliff Lee was controlling his speeds and commanding those corners. The man was making everything look so easy. Whether it be striking out ARod three times, th nonchalant catch of Johnny Damon's popup, or the behind the back snare of Robinson Cano's line ...

What a way to announce to the world that the NBA is back in season. It might only be the preseason, but Shannon Brown's dunk over Mikki Moore might end up being the dunk of the year. It leaves me pretty much speechless.

There were some exciting finishes in Week 3. From Andre Caldwell catching a game winning TD with 4 seconds left to Devin Hester breaking one to cover the spread in the Bears/Seahawks game. None though were more amazing than Brett Favre's pass to Greg Lewis.

Overall these 64 games provided us with some memorable moments. Not overly spectacular, but as always it was exciting and had us watching. To sum ...

As a UCONN fan this game was so emotionally draining. It had more highs and lows than any sporting event I can remember. Whether it be Eric Devendorf's three that was good, but was overturned to Jeff Adrien's missed opportunities in two overtimes, this game had everything sans a buzzer ...

Last night, the NBA had some pretty exciting action going on. Some good, and some not so good.
First, the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat played possibly the "game of the year." A double overtime thriller that ended with a disgusting Dwyane Wade steal and buzzer beater.

What a move by AJ Price! In a game where he had a career high 36 points, the scrappy UCONN guard pulled this sick crossover that sent Jerel McNeal sprawling to the floor. The look-down before drilling the shot and the bench's reaction added a lot more flare to the ...
