Ever wonder what it would be like to replace that little short Italian character in Super Mario Bros with Tecmo Bowl Bo Jackson?
Well wonder no more! Bo knows how to walk on air.
I could have saved the princess in no time.

EA Sports released this ad for their new Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 game. It features a duel between “Crimson Cat” and Shaquille “Swinging Giant” O’Neal. You have to love how horribly the stunt double to star transition works in this commercial. Just like they are in the old school kung fu movies.

WIth both “MLB 12 The Show” and MLB2K12 both hitting store shelves today, we naturally get dueling commercials. While the latter brand features the one and only Kate Upton, give me the dramatics of Sony’s ad featuring the Chicago Cubs winning the World Series. Just well done on all levels.

2KSports releases their second commercial for MLB 2K12, this time staring Kate Upton and Jason Verlander dressed up as Randy Johnson.
That Roy Halladay painting looks nothing like him.

2K Sports gets the lovely Kate Upton to show Justin Verlander, Jay Bruce, C.J. Wilson, and David Price how exactly to play MLB2k12.

What do college kids do when they have too much free time on their hand? If you’re the UNC Greensboro baseball team you create a live version of Call of Duty: Nazi Zombies.
The special effects are pretty cool.

Nothing like watching a Tim Tebow to Demaryius Thomas game winner in Tecmo Bowl format.

This definitely shows my age, but in college when the N64 came out we would spend hours playing Goldeneye and Mario Kart in the dorm rooms.
So when I found out that Nintendo was teaming up with West Coast Customs to create full size karts from the game I felt nostalgic.
“Ever wanted to see a real-life kart from Nintendo’s hit Mario Kart™ series outside of the Mushroom Kingdom? Nintendo has teamed up with West Coast Customs to create life-size models of two karts – one for Mario™ and one for Luigi™ – from the upcoming Mario Kart 7 video game for the portable Nintendo 3DS™ system. These unique electric vehicles were unveiled today at the LA Auto Show, where they will be on display Nov. 18-27 in the lobby of the West Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Visitors attending the show will be able to take photos of the karts, sample the Mario Kart 7 game before its Dec. 4 launch and participate in multiplayer game play.”
Someone get me the Bumble V Kart stat. Or at least let me test drive the thing.

Have you ever seen someone struggle as much with his new club as Fernando Torres has with Chelsea? Something happened to his goal scoring ability during the transfer. Case in point this miss against Manchester United over the weekend. There was no one around him or in goal. The debacle of a play even earned the honor of a video game recreation.

Ever wonder what Alex Morgan and Hope Solo do when they hang out together? Well wonder no more.
The two soccer stars play Nintendo Wii’s Just Dance Summer Party.
