Sure I can watch people fall/trip over hurdles all day. But when you add the color commentary of one of their classmates to the mix it adds so much more enjoyment. This kid is breaking it down like Hubie Brown.
I wonder how he would have called the Miami Heat chokejob last night.
Carl Lewis has announced that he’s running for the New Jersey State Senate. I’m impressed that he’s starting at the statewide level instead of assuming his fame affords him the right to jump right into national office the way some other former athletes do.
But, I would be remiss if I didn’t bring this footage back from the dead. If Carl Lewis wants to serve his country, he needs to answer for the way he defamed it before a Nets game in the early 90′s.
I can’t believe I ever doubted Usain Bolt. Not only has the man destroyed all challengers, Bolt broke both his own World Records in the 100m and 200m at this years World Championships.
When you ask who the most dominant athlete in their sport might be: Usain Bolt is my answer. And watching all of this makes me wonder who would win in their prime at the 200m..Usain Bolt or Michael Johnson?
Will he go the Carl Lewis route and try for gold at the long jump?
The Olympic gold medalist left any doubt as to who the fastest man in the world is. Usain Bolt ran the 100 meters in a sickening 9.58 seconds besting the second place finisher Tyson Gay by .13 sec. It was spectacular race to watch as 7 of the 8 sprinters ran 10 flat or less.
Hats off to the Bolt who supposedly won an extra $100,000 for breaking the world record. Credit also goes to Gay for going setting a new American Record and becoming the second fastest man in the world..EVER.
