Broncos Ravens Flacco

The NFL regular season kicks off next Thursday night as the Denver Broncos play host to the defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens. And just like any league would, they promote their opening game in as many methods as they can. That includes putting up huge banners of Peyton Manning and Joe Flacco on Mile High Stadium.

Unfortunately some Broncos’ fans don’t get that and are outraged by the gigantic banner of the Ravens’ QB waving on their home turf. They even go as far as starting a petition to get Roger Goddell to remove the “eyesore.”

Roger Goodell, @nflcommish, National Football League
Take the Joe Flacco signage off my Mile High Stadium! Broncos Nation will not endure this detestable and audacious act. Who in their right mind thought that we would just let this fly?! We stand united against your unbearable Joe Flacco signage.

I don’t know what to say. Why do people care that much about this stuff. If I was a Denver fan, I would be more worried about my team covering the 9 points. Haha!! Actually since we are at it why don’t we take a look at all the week 1 NFL odds. What jumps out at you?
