IMO the Jeremy Lin bandwagon has been driven by none other than Eddie Huang. This man is down for anything Taiwanese. Mix that in with his love for the Knicks and you got the Asian Spike Lee.
Over at his restaurant BaoHaus he’s created a specialty sandwiches in honor of the Knicks point guard. Called the “The Taiwanese Te-Bao,” it consists of a pork chop with curry seasoning, pickled daikon carrots, jalapeno, aioli and cilantro. Give me 2 of those, with a couple “Chairman Baos” and some Coco Ciroc…you have my gametime meal.
