It’s been an awful season for AJ Burnett and it continues to get worse. AJ apparently pulled a Kevin Brown and injured his hands in frustration during today’s game, but took the mound anyway, giving up 4 earned runs before getting pulled and taking the loss for his team. This raises the question, where is Burnett headed?
Will he go the route of Kevin Brown,  the “stellar” pitcher that the Yankees started in Game 7 of the 2004 ALCS, who also had a fantastic 21.60 ERA over his two starts? Or, will he pull a Wang, and see his 4.75 ERA for 2010 rocket up to Wang’s unbelievable 9.64 ERA from 2009.
Let us know what you think in the poll below. I personally think he’s an over-tatted version of K. Brown.
