Against the Spread: 2009 NFL Week 11 Picks
November 21, 2009 – 12:22 pm by King Ing
Let’s get this done. Bounce back week. My college picks are here and remember these are done only for recreational purposes.
Pittsburgh Steelers v Kansas City Chiefs 1PM
The Steelers need a win to keep within striking distance of the division leader. And they should come into this game hungry. Jerome Harrison will get to Matt Cassel (who will be without security blanket Dwayne Bowe). Mendenhall has a huge game here. Steelers BIG!
Pick - Pittsburgh Steelers -10 2 units
Cleveland Browns v Detroit Lions 1PM
The Browns are horrible. The worst team in the NFL. How can you actually take Cleveland in this game? Give me Matt Stafford and Calvin Johnson.
Pick - Detroit Lions -3 2 units
New York Jets v New England Patriots 4PM
Homer pick!
Pick - New England Patriots -10.5 1 unit
Cincinnati Bengals v Oakland Raiders 4PM
The Bengals have won 5 straight road games dating back to last year. This defense is for real. Bruce Gradkowski will need all the luck in the world.
Pick - Cincinnati Bengals -9 1 unit
Philadelphia Eagles v Chicago Bears 8PM
Both teams have flaws, but the Eagles have more playmakers. Jay Cutler will again try to force way too many passes. FLY EAGLES FLY!
Pick - Philadelphia Eagles -3 2 units
