Dear God, please don’t let the Yankees win
October 26, 2009 – 1:34 pm by King IngFor the next week or 2 I will be a Philadelphia Phillies fan. For everything that is sacred in this world, please win the World Series. I hate the Yankees, but I think I actually hate their fans more (count Justin and California Correspondent in that mix). Not that they aren’t nice people, actually they suck ass. It is the fact that they do and say the dumbest things. Take this for example. Coming up with half hearted remixes to today’s pop hits. Beat me now.
At least when Phillies fans do it they are a little more creative. FIGHTINS!!!

king ing i enjoy your columns, especiallly the pics of beautiful women, but calm down on the yankee hatred. first, the red sox suck and have no personality to speak of. even the biggest boston fan, bill simmons, said this morning on mike and mike that the reason the red sox suck so bad is they dont have the chemistry they did in 2004. forgot the payroll, the yankees are not the idiots you were in 2004. pies in the face, swisher and burnett. these are no longer the uptight yankees of the past. we should dominate boston for the next decade. peace out
