North Carolina released a new scratch off lottery ticket featuring the one Ric Flair! It’s only fitting as “The Nature Boy” is from Charlotte.
But what is the deal with these costing five dollars with a top prize being only $100,000. As a “connoisseur” of instant lottery, states have to know that a top prize should always be 100k times the original value.
