The Former Mrs. Brodeur is Not Impressed With Your Record
March 19, 2009 – 12:35 pm by JustinMartin Brodeur got to celebrate his record setting win for exactly 1 day.

Then, this happened:
Days after breaking the NHL record for wins by a goalie, the Devils’ Martin Brodeur has been dealt an alimony setback by a New Jersey appeals court.
The court ruled that Brodeur must pay his ex-wife $500,000 a year until 2020.
That’s quite a deal. Maybe Marty should reconcile just long enough to have his ex-wife negotiate his next contract extension.
Probably not, though. She may still be mad about the whole leaving her for her sister thing.
