Blake Griffin doesn’t love the occasional nut shot
December 5, 2008 – 8:50 am by King IngFor some reason Leonard Washington of USC just strolled down the court and gave future lottery pick Blake Griffin a hard nut shot. It still remains a mystery to me why he did it. Just as puzzling as the ball tap is this quote by USC head coach Tim Floyd.
“He’s a freshman. He doesn’t know that we film everything. But he’s a good guy.”
So you are justifying his actions by saying that Washington didn’t understand he was being filmed? All the freshman did was make the All-American mad as Griffin went on to score 11 of his 25 points after the elbow to lead Oklahoma to a 1 point victory.

Total douchebag. I’m not surprised he goes to USC. Ban him for the season.
