NJ Football Fans Are Like Indiana Jones

Why? Because they beat the Nazis.

The Meadowlands had been in talks with a German company over naming rights to the new Giants and Jets Stadium. Turns out, that company had some ties to Adolph Hitler, and even insured a couple of concentration camps during World War II.

Well, fans and Jewish Groups spoke out, and it worked, because that firm is no longer in the running for naming rights.

But one question remains unanswered. Why did the Nazis need insurance?

  2. My suggestion? Jets Stadium. Lets see how your Big Blue Arsehats enjoy walking up to a stadium w/ someone else’s name on it for decades.

I’ll never forget the time I took my wife to a Jets game and she looked up as we stumbled in from the parking lot and proclaimed “they forgot to change the sign today!”

    That one hurt.

//thanks though for beating the Patriots in the SB last year
