Manny Ramirez forgets that there are 9 innings to the game
August 12, 2008 – 9:30 am by King IngManny Ramirez went 2 for 3 with 2 RBI’s last night in the Los Angeles Dodgers 8-6 win over the Phillies. That was great and all, but the story I am interested in is how he thought Joe Torre took him out of the game early.
When Manny finally realized that he was suppose to be back on the field, he jogged back on the field with his shirt undone and said, “I just went to the bathroom.” I miss this guy and his antics in Boston.
