With a three week-long tour through France, it’s a shame that the TV and online coverage doesn’t dedicate more time to the cultural aspects of the country - like all the beautiful women. We scoured all the 2008 Tour de France coverage and put together this comprehensive list of the hottest women at the Tour (sans spandex).
