Ron Artest is a rap phenomenon

With rappers like Nas, Mobb Deep, and Rakim among others coming from the famed Queensbridge Houses, it would only be a matter of time before a great NBA superstar would try to join the ranks. Ron Artest released the stinker of an album back in 2006 called “My World” and has started up the little known Tru Warier Records. Maybe giving rap another shot, Artest has released a freestyle using the award winning Alicia Keys instrumental to “No One.” Although no Serius Jones, Artest has done a considerably better job than he has rapping in the past.
