Varitek gives out free shoulder rides

Don Chavez has a great photo of David Ortiz on Jason Varitek’s shoulders. Supposedly this was taken after the Red Sox beat the Rockies in last years World Series. How blitzed does Tek look? I wonder if Big Papi is singing karaoke or giving some kind of speech? Couldn’t he have just stood on a chair? It looks like a fun time, with sausage and beans against Varitek’s neck.
