Bet of the day 6/6

King Ing June 6, 2008 0

I, like many of my friends enjoy gambling. It ranges from games of acey-deucey at a BBQ to the pit games in a casino. One thing that is easy (you don’t actually have to watch) and enjoyable is wagering on sports. With this continuing post, I will pick one game a day. With the side being no better than -130. All sports are open and we will keep a running tally of how well or how poorly I do.

Paul Pierce and the Celtics helped push my winning streak to 4 in a row

Today’s Pick: San Francisco Giants -115

The Giants go to their losing streak stopper tonight. They are 8-1 when Lincecum (7-1, 2.23 ERA) takes the mound following a defeat, and he’s 6-0 with a 2.51 ERA and 60 strikeouts in 57 1-3 innings in those games. In three of his previous four starts, he has victories as the Giants snapped losing streaks of two, six and five games. Lincecum is 5-0 with a 1.72 ERA and 36 strikeouts in 36 2-3 innings in six road games. Ray Durham is back as well. Nationals pitcher Jason Bergmann has pitched well, but Timmy will get the job done.

Overall Record: $320 (4-1)
