Pwn3d– Obama gave his victory sermon speech and Hillary is out (even if she hasn’t conceeded yet).

– If Hank Steinbrenner is putting his egg’s in Joba’s basket, he’s going to be disappointed. Joba lasted 2.1 innings, throwing 38 pitches in the first inning alone. The Yankees needed 6 pitchers to get through the game, and lost 9-3 to the Blue Jays. Worst performance: Roberto Abreu who went 0/5 with 2 k’s. Best performance: Johnny Damon, who was a homerun short of the cycle.

-The Cubs won 9-6 over the Padres. Did Ing win his bet?

– Pedro Martinez made his return against downtrodden Barry Zito. I get personal enjoyment from watching Barry Zito suck and from watching the Mets bomb, so this game was a toss up for me (I’d be happy either way). Zito ended up choking, giving up 7 hits and 5 walks in 4.1 innings, bringing his record to 1-9, as the Giants lost to the Mets 9-6.

– The Braves pulled off a terrific comeback vs the Marlins, putting 2 runs on the board in the bottom of the 8th to take a 5-4 lead. Florida pitcher Matt Lindstrom entered the game in the bot of the 8th with a 4-3 lead, and then proceed to give up 3 straight hits which resulted in 2 runs and the lead for Atlanta. Lindstrom took the loss after getting only getting out a lone batter. And you thought Hillary had a rough night…
