The NBA draft lottery will be conducted in Secaucus, NJ tomorrow night. With the likes fo Dwayne Wade and Fred Hoiberg on hand to represent their various teams, the New Jersey Nets have decided to send investor, Jay-Z. With a 1.1% chance of winning the first pick and less that 4% to make it in the top 3, they are banking on the “Lucky Lefty” to bring them B-Easy. I wonder if he got that nickname from playing craps? Anyways, lets hope the New York Knicks screw something up and draft Brooke Lopez or a Euro.
Update: There is a rumored trade. The tentative deal has Carmelo Anthony and Marcus Camby being shipped to East Rutherford, while Denver would receive Richard Jefferson, Marcus Williams, Keith Van Horns contract and the Nets lottery pick.
