Mad Max sticks it to the Flyers

Penguins 4 Flyers 2 – Fourth line forward Max Talbot scored the game winner for the Pittsburgh Penguins as they took a comfortable 2-0 series lead Sunday night. Sitting out the last three games due to a foot injury, Talbot returned to put home a beautiful Gary Roberts pass 8:51 into the third period. Philadelphia, who was already without Kimmo Timonen lost Braydon Coburn just two minutes into the game as a puck struck him in the face. Down to just 5 defensemen, the Flyers found themselves playing more minutes than they were use to. Possibly the reason why Derian Hatcher was out of position on the game winning goal. Philadelphia is in a must win situation Tuesday night. The Pens smell blood and the young guns will be going for the kill.
